Ingredients Required - Ingredients for Coconut Fudge

Fresh coconut - 2
Condensed milk - 1 cup (250 gms)
Pistachios - 10-12
Cardamom powder - 4-5
Ghee - 2-3 tablespoons

Method - How to make Coconut Fudge

Take fresh coconut peel the brown peel and peel it. Remove the coconut peel and wash it. Grate the coconut

Mix grated coconut in the mix and make 5-10 seconds and make powder powder. The mixer does not have to run much. If you mix more then this paste will be made.

Put the pan on the gas, add 2 table spoon of ghee and mix it. Once ghee is melted, add 2 cups of coconut powder in it. Roast the coconut a little bit while running. After roasting for 5 minutes continuously, add condensed milk in it and cook it continuously till it can not be cooked until the concentration is tightened.
After mixing well, add cardamom powder to it and mix it. The mixture is ready to turn off the gas and turn it into a plate to make it grease and heat the chicken. Now mix the mixture with this greased plate and spread it well. Sprinkle a little pistachio cloth on it and lighten it with a spoon, so that it will stick well in Barfi. Put bite marks on Barfi and keep Barfi to be set.

Barfi is ready with the set. Heat the barfi plate on the gas and heat 5-10 seconds lightly so that the burfi can easily come out of the plate. Take out the pieces of Barfi in the serving plate.

Coconut barfi is ready. You can eat Barfi in the fridge for 7-8 days when you can eat it.


If you like sweet, then can reduce condensed milk.
Barfi can also be made by adding milk powder and sugar powder. Mawa and sugar powder can also be made by mixing.
