Ingredients

Gram flour - 1/2 cup (60 grams)
Fried curd - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste
Turmeric - Less than 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger Paste - 1/2 Tablespoons
Oil-2 teaspoons
Green Coriander - 1 Table Spoon (Finely Chopped)
Fresh coconut - 1-2 tablespoons (grated)
Sesame - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chili - 1

Method - How to make Khandvi recipe

Prepare the solution for Khandavi by mixing it in a jar. For this, add gram flour, chopped yogurt, salt, ginger paste, turmeric powder and 1 cup water in the mixer jar and mix them in the mixer jar.

The solution is ready, put the pan on the gas to cook it, and put the solution in the pan. Always stir the batter with a spoon until it becomes good. Keep the solution running continuously. This solution will thicken enough in about 4-5 minutes.

Now put this tadka on top of Khandavi, as well as decorate grilled coconut and finely chopped green coriander over Khandvi.

If you are not making the solution with the help of a mixer jar and you are preparing this solution by hand, then keep in mind that there are no clusters in the solution and it is ready to form a smooth solution.

Cook the batter continuously and immediately after spreading it, spread it on the plate immediately.
