Shahi Samosa Recipe

Fa special occasion, for a special party, for a particular guest or for some festival, make a splendid royal souvenir filled with dried fruits.

Ingredients for Shahi Samosa

To prepare samosa flour:

Flour - 2 cups
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - half a teaspoon
Ghee - 1/4 cup
For stuffing
Potatoes - 2 boiled
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Paneer - 100 gms
Cashew nuts - 10-12
Raisins - 1 tablespoon
Green Coriander - 2-3 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - less than 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - half a teaspoon
Ginger - 1 inch piece grated (1 teaspoon paste)
Green Chilli - 1 Cut out the seeds and finely chopped.
Garam Masala - less than 1/4 teaspoon
Amchoor Powder - Less than 1/4 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - Less than 1/4 teaspoon

Method - How to make Shahi Samosa

First prepare the dough for Samosa, mix ghee, salt and oven in the maida, mix all the ingredients. Add little flour to the dough and prepare hard dough and knead it, so that almost 3/4 cups water is used to knead the dough. Cover the dough and keep it for half an hour, flour will become set. As soon as the dough is set, prepare the stuffing to fill it in a samosa.

Cut the paneer into small cubes and prepare it. Peel the potatoes and cut small pieces, cut cashew nuts by doing 6-7 pieces of small cashews. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fry lightly, add ginger and green chili, fry a little, add peas and fry for 2 minutes, coriander powder, pieces of cheese, potatoes, cashews, raisins, salt, red Add chilli powder, amchoor powder, garam masala and green coriander and stir well until it mixes. Stuffing is ready, take stuffing in the cup.

Make Samosas:

Smooth the gram flour of samosa, add 1 large lemon equal to the flour, so that 5 to 6 lots will be made from flour. Place a dough on the chalk and roll it in a thin diameter of 8-9 inches. Cut off this whole belly into two parts in length and divide it in length. Take one part, lift one part, and place it on the left hand, apply water on the side of the cut edge. Make an angle keeping the other half part above it. Fill the stuffing in the angle, let the samosa be half an inch free from above, apply water in the empty part, with the finger towards the inside. Put a plate on the back, mix it with both sides and paste it, put the finished Samosa in the plate. Fill all the samosas and make them ready.

Pour oil in the pan to fry samosa, and heat it. Put 4-5 or medium-sized applesauce in a medium hot oil, put it in a bar, slow and medium flame over it and fry it until it turns golden brown (10-12 minutes to fry at one time. ) Take out the napkin peeped in a plate below the samosa plate. Prepare all the samosas and prepare them.
Serve and eat hot hot royal samosas with tomatoes, sauce of green coriander, and eat.
